Buffet Packages
We offer various affordable buffet options, with pricing starting at 28 – 38 per person. Here are a few of our sample packages:
Package 1 | 28 per person (Buffet)
Main Dish: Chicken Cacciatore (braised chicken with stewed tomatoes, eggplant, and squash in a roasted tomato sauce)
Side Dish: Bowtie pasta with garlic and parmesan
Bread: Warm ciabatta bread
Salad Choice:
- Caesar salad with house-made croutons
- Organic garden vegetable salad with cherry tomatoes, shaved beets, and balsamic vinaigrette
Package 2 | 28 per person (Buffet)
Main Dishes: Italian cold-cut mini sandwiches & mini cheeseburgers with caramelized onions and brioche buns

Package 3 | 38 per person (Buffet)
Main Dishes: Dijon and herb-crusted steamed salmon & Chicken Parmesan with mozzarella and roasted tomato sauce
Side Dish: Lemon couscous salad with olives, artichokes, and grilled zucchini
Salad: Mixed greens with berries, goat cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette

Package 4 | 48 per person (Sit-Down Dinner)
For those seeking an elegant experience, we offer a 3-course plated dinner available from 5–9 pm. Here’s a glimpse of the menu:
Small Plates (Choice of one):
– Roasted tomato soup with pesto and crostini
– Chopped salad with salami, provolone, and pine nuts
Large Plates (Choice of one):
– Angel hair pasta pomodoro with burrata and pesto
– Pan-roasted Columbia River salmon with lentils and garlic broccolini
– Braised boneless short ribs with potato puree and crispy shallots
Sweet Plates (Choice of one):
– Warm molten lava cake with vanilla gelato
– Seasonal dessert selected by the chef
