  • fennel crusted and seared ahi tuna dolmas
    stuffed grape leaves
  • saffron isreali cous cous with tomato and cucumber,
    avocado, castelvetrano olives, mint and dill tzatziki
  • warm cauliflower vichyssoise
    smoked purple cauliflower florets, hazelnut pistou, crispy

2nd course

  • house-made linguine with chianti marinated wild
    boar ragu, english peas, parmesan, baguette
    coq au vin
  • braised organic ½ chicken in cabernet sauvignon, apple-
    wood bacon lardons, braised pearl onions, mushrooms,
    root vegetables, fingerling potatoes,
  • pan roasted salmon, lemon pesto risotto with english peas and cherry
    tomatoes, market vegetables, roasted tomato shrimp

3rd course

  • farmers market stone fruit, cheese and prosciutto
    dorset cows milk cheese, brúléed cana de cabra goat
    cheese, chestnut honey, marcona almonds, toasted
  • chocolate praline ganache tart
    sea salt caramel gelato, raspberry couli, fresh berries
